Lennon

Lennon House takes great inspiration from the very talented John Lennon. His characteristics provide the foundations for what I believe are important qualities to have. I strongly believe that in addition to progressing academically, pupils should be taught about the importance of their own personal development and individuality.

Lennon House is often described by the pupils as ‘a family’.

I want all pupils in the house to be confident, happy learners and I encourage them to strive to be the best they can be. I set high standards to ensure all pupils are conforming to school policies and ensure that each of the pupils are working to the best of their ability. There is a strong sense of pride in Lennon House. Pupils achieve and have a long record of receiving the highest number of achievement points in the school. I encourage pupils to challenge themselves both in and out of the classroom and they are very talented in many ways. Some of our highest achievements are in Sport, Performing Arts, Music, Mathematics, Science, School Council and Goal Co.

I am extremely proud to be Leader of Lennon House.
