Congrats to Y11 Madeleine, who has been selected by the RFL for the Northwest talent hub training programme. The Hubs are the first step on the performance pathway, & act as one element of identifying girls to progress as a U17 onto the England Diploma in Sporting Excellence.

Our Y8 pupils visited St John Rigby for the first in a series of events as part of our involvement in the CyberFirst Wigan MEGA hub. During the visit, pupils explored how to create effective AI prompts & took part in a range of activities focused on robotics & cyber security

Huge congratulations to the GHS U13 Girls, who were crowned League Cup winners after an incredible performance on Monday! Following a hard-fought match, the girls held their nerve to secure a 4–2 victory on penalties, showing outstanding determination, teamwork, & confidence.

Congratulations to Y7 pupils Harley & Blake, who took 1st place in their age group at the Kidrox competition held at Iconic Fitness in Golborne on 17th May, finishing with an impressive time of 36 minutes. Their trophy was presented by Leigh Leopards player Tesi Niu.
