Internal Appeals Procedure
Examination results will be available for collection from the school by students in person on results day. If the student is unable to collect their certificates the student must write a letter naming and authorising another person to collect them.
Students will be presented with their certificates at the Annual Presentation Evening held during November each year. All Y11 students will receive an invitation to the evening by post.
If certificates are not collected at the Presentation Evening, to avoid losses in the post, students are requested to collect their certificates in person and will be asked to sign to acknowledge receipt. A parent or friend may collect on their behalf providing they have the written authorisation of the student to do so.
Certificates not collected will be retained for a period of 12 months and will then be destroyed.
